We have a team of 40+ agents who are proficient in English (C1 & C2). All our agents are young graduates from reputable Indian universities, with 1 to 8 years of experience in BPO voice processes. They work in rotational shifts to meet client requirements.
Management Team
Our management team collectively boasts 15 to 25 years of experience. We have previously worked with multinational companies such as IBM, HPE, Dell, HP, Sutherland,VMware, Atlassian, NTT and ANZ. Together, we formed EKSITO.

The company's Quality Management System is designed to adhere to all contractual obligations, client specifications, industry standards, and statutory regulations. It also focuses on maintaining a good and safe workplace, high levels of performance and professionalism through training and providing adequate resources, and continual improvement in working methods. Our voice and accent trainer, with 20 years of expertise, previously worked with HP and ANZ. Additionally, our quality managers boast 16 years of BPO industry experience. Furthermore, our trainers, team leaders, and
quality managers bring their extensive backgrounds as support engineers and quality engineers from companies like Sutherland and Sitel."
