We have a team of 40+ agents who are proficient in English (C1 & C2). All our agents are young graduates from reputable Indian universities, with 1 to 8 years of experience in BPO voice processes. They work in rotational shifts to meet client requirements.

Our management team collectively boasts 15 to 25 years of experience. We have previously worked with multinational companies such as IBM, HPE, Dell, HP, Sutherland,VMware, Atlassian, NTT and ANZ. Together, we formed EKSITO.
